Sessions involve High Intensity Interval Training, Bodyweight exercises, kettlebell training, Plyometrics, Tyre flipping, Rope Mastery Intervals, Team Tasks and our famous Metabolic Conditioning Circuits. Some of our techniques are used in the armed forces/British military fitness regimes to train soldiers ready for combat. The sessions will improve your mobility, speed, strength, aerobic and anaerobic fitness, reduce body fat levels and give a lean sculpted physique without resorting to conventional boring training methods. New Venue Starting in MAY 2009 - New sessions starting in cleckheaton which is easily accesible from, Leeds, Bradford, Halifax and Huddersfield. Sessions will be running 3 times per week and your first session is FREE !!!
