Online Coaching

After requests asking for online coaching I have up until this past three months insisted on only working with athletes face to face and having the daily or weekly contact with them.

I started working with a Rugby league player in the suburbs of Sydney via email and sending him his monthly training plans and dietary plans and other ancillary plans (pre match psychological techniques and recovery strategies). It has proved fruitful for us both as he has increased his vertical jump and 40 yard dash time whilst adding 2kg of solid lean tissue to his frame.

So I eat humble pie and admit that what I always said I wouldn’t do I am prepared to look at depending on the persons particular circumstances and needs.
